Fundamental Skills Week 10 - Rolling a Ball

  • Watch our video and pay attention to the coaching points. 
  • Look at the target. Use your none rolling arm to aim. 
  • Have the opposite foot to rolling hand forward for balance. 
  • Lower your body by bending your knees. Release the ball close t the floor so it doesn't bounce.
