Standing Long Jump

Watch Micaela and pay attention to the different shapes she makes as she prepares to jump, jumps and then lands.

PREPARE: Bend legs, swing arms back, lean forward.

JUMP: Use your legs to jump and swing your arms forward to help.

MID AIR: Stretch out and reach up and forwards.

LAND: Bend your knees again to land smooth and hold arms forward for balance.
