Objective:
Promote success and achievement
Supporting transition
Improve knowledge and understanding of sport and physical activity
Target Audience:
Children that want to play rounders for their school team in a competitive environment 👟
Please select pupils who:
-
- Have an understanding of the rounders rules.
- Will represent the school in a mature and respectful manner.
Event Format:
- Pupils will compete against other schools in a league style format.
- The top teams in each pools will qualify for the final
- All equipment will be provided, and the competition will be run by qualified CSSP staff
Logistics:
- Pupils should wear trainers.
- A water bottle is required. Under NO circumstances may energy drinks & juice be brought onto the courts
- Teams should bring their own bats & balls to warm up with.
- School PE kit to be worn.
- Schools are responsible for their own transport and supervision.
Key Outcomes:
- Experiencing a competition environment.
- Encourage teamwork and resilience.
- Show respect to all others involved.

My life has always revolved around sports and I recently returned from playing A-grade cricket in Australia. This year we aim to win the League and match our 2022 Lancashire Cup success.
In coaching I have over 12 years of experience in the UK and overseas, I’ve developed various coaching styles to meet children’s needs. I set high standards across curriculum delivery and afterschool clubs to support our team of coaches.
