Leadership – Football league

Objective:
Develop leadership, character, life skills
Create positive experiences
Build social skills and connection
Improve knowledge and understanding of sport and physical activity
Target Audience:
Leaders that want to help CSSP staff run a football competition 
Event Format:
- Pupils will compete against other schools in a league style format.
- The top teams in each pools will qualify for the final
- All equipment will be provided, and the competition will be run by qualified CSSP staff
Logistics:
- Leaders should wear football boots / trainers, anything except metal studs are allowed.
- A water bottle is required. Under NO circumstances may energy drinks & juice be brought onto the pitch
- School PE kit to be worn with waterproofs and extra layers.
- Leaders are responsible for their own transport.

I manage and deliver an annual calendar of school sport competitions and the bikeability programme across all our schools. I take immense satisfaction in positively impacting children’s lives and nurturing their passion for sports, drawing from my own experiences as a former international athlete. When I’m not working, I love baking and outdoor adventures, especially those that involve a picnic!
