If you’ve never been on a bike or haven’t touched one in decades, these sessions provide a practical, straightforward way to start. We focus on building a solid foundation of balance and control, removing the guesswork and frustration often associated with learning to ride as an adult. Our qualified instructors use a proven, low-impact method that prioritises stability. You won't be expected to jump on and pedal immediately; instead, we break the process down into manageable skills that build your confidence naturally.
