We’re excited to launch a FREE two‑morning programme designed to help you focus on you and your wellbeing. Our friendly, knowledgeable team is here to support you in making small, positive lifestyle changes that can make a big difference.
What’s Included?
🌿 Session 1 – Healthy Start & Optional Health Check: Monday 16th February 10am till 11am
- Enjoy a free light, healthy breakfast
- Meet our team and chat about your goals
- Optional general health check, including basic measurements
- Supportive lifestyle discussion to help you understand your starting point
💪 Session 2 – Physical Activity & Healthy Cooking: Tuesday 17th February 10am – 12pm
- A beginner‑friendly activity session with low‑impact cardio and simple strength exercises
- Activities tailored to your fitness level by our coaches
- A hands‑on cooking session where you’ll prepare a simple, nutritious meal
- Take home easy, healthy recipes to use with your family
This is your chance to reset, recharge and take small steps toward feeling your best and it’s completely FREE.
