Bishops Leadership – Cross Country

Objective:
- Develop leadership, character, life skills
- Create positive experiences
- Build social skills and connection
- Improve knowledge and understanding of sport and physical activity
Target Audience:
Leaders that want to help Croston Primary School run a cross country competition🏃♀️
Event Format:
- Pupils will compete against other schools.
- All equipment will be provided, and the competition will be run by qualified Primary Staff
Logistics:
- Leaders should wear trainers.
- A water bottle is required. Under NO circumstances may energy drinks & juice be brought into the hall
- School PE kit to be worn & warm and waterproof clothing.
- Leaders are responsible for their own transport.

I manage and deliver an annual calendar of school sport competitions and the bikeability programme across all our schools. I take immense satisfaction in positively impacting children’s lives and nurturing their passion for sports, drawing from my own experiences as a former international athlete. When I’m not working, I love baking and outdoor adventures, especially those that involve a picnic!
