Adult Health Programme

We are thrilled to have secured LCC Public Health funding via Chorley Council to widen our support beyond young people, to our parents and carers. We have always tried to reach beyond the school as healthy habits at home will make the biggest difference to the lives of young people and we would love to help parents if they need it, to help them with their own health and wellbeing.

We have designed a 10-week programme using lots of what we do with young people to provide a very easy way to make those changes. Learn how to be more active, with a range of sports and physical activity, nutritional information and even some cooking. Above all some fun, social connections and support.

Parents and Carers from 15 schools are invited to get involved in the free programme held in schools and local communities. See flyers and schools to see when each course starts.

The schools involved are as follows; Chorley St Peters, Chorley St James, Sacred Heart, Chorley St Josephs, Gillibrand, St Gregory’s, All Saints, Coppull Primary, Coppull Parish, Coppull St Oswald’s, Coppull St John’s, Westwood, St Bede and Clayton Brook.

Hopefully, this is just the start of something bigger and if you want to be involved, please book via our events page or email Gary.
