DESCRIPTION:  \nObjective:\nImprove knowledge and understanding of sport and physical activity \nDevelop confidence and competence within physical activity/sport skills \nChampioning physical literacy \nTarget Audience: \nChildren that want to compete for their school team in a competitive environment 🚲 \nPlease select pupils who: \n\n\n\nHave an understanding of how to propel the balance bike.\nWill represent the school in a mature and respectful manner.\n\n\n\nEvent Format: \n\nPupils will compete against other individuals in heats. \nThe top individuals will qualify for the final \nSchool can bring their own balance bike and helmets\, however CSSP will provide these if pupils do not have one.\n\nLogistics: \n\nPupils should wear trainers.\nA water bottle is required. Under NO circumstances may energy drinks & juice be brought into the sportshall \nSchool PE kit to be worn.\nSchools are responsible for their own transport and supervision.\n\nKey Outcomes: \n\nExperiencing a competition environment.\nIntroduce reception aged children to an environment with lots of new experiences.\nBuild resilience.\nShow respect to all others involved.
