It’s all about working together\, hitting the ball\, and making great memories. Let’s get on the field! ✨ \nObjective: To increase confidence\, engagement\, and physical activity levels among pupils\, using striking and fielding games to promote teamwork\, respect\, and skill development. \nIntent: Championing physical literacy \nTarget Audience: Each school is invited to nominate a mixed-gender team of ten children from Year 3 & 4\, who are less active or less engaged in physical education. \nPlease select pupils who: \n\nHave not previously represented the school in a competitive capacity.\nAre not currently working at the expected level in PE.\nAre capable of working in a team.\nWill represent the school in a mature and respectful manner.\nAre willing to try new activities and learn.\n\nEvent Format: \n\nPupils will take part in a series of striking and fielding games and skill-building activities\, such as hitting\, throwing\, and catching drills.\nThe event will be a carousel of fun\, inclusive games focused on participation and skill development.\nAll necessary equipment will be provided.\n\nLogistics: \n\nPupils should arrive in school PE kit and trainers.\nSchools are responsible for their own transport and supervision.\nFor drop-off and pick-up\, please use the designated car park.\nWater only – no energy drinks or juice.

DESCRIPTION:Objective:\nPromote success and achievement \nImprove knowledge and understanding of sport and physical activity \nChampioning physical literacy \nTarget Audience: \nChildren that want to swim for their school team in a competitive environment 🏊‍♂️ \nChildren that are less confident swimmers and want to take part in the Aqua Splash 💦 \nPlease select pupils who: \n\n\n\nCan swim competently for 25 meters (Gala)\nAre less confident swimmers and want to experience being in a pool in a pressure free\, fun environment (Aqua).\nWill represent the school in a mature and respectful manner.\n\n\n\nEvent Format: \n\nPupils will compete against other schools in 2 heats.\nChildren will compete for individual and team placings \nAll equipment will be provided\, and the competition will be run by qualified CSSP staff\n\nLogistics: \n\nPupils should wear swimming costume\, goggles\, hat and bring a t-shirt with them.\nA water bottle is required. Under NO circumstances may energy drinks & juice be brought onto pool side \nSchools are responsible for their own transport and supervision.\n\nKey Outcomes: \n\nExperiencing a competition environment.\nDevelop competence in the water.\nShow respect to all others involved.

Under NO circumstances may energy drinks & juice be brought onto the courts or into schools \nLeaders are responsible for their own transport.
